Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of investor relations strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation within the investment community.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
- Prepare and present the company’s financial performance, strategies, and business outlook to potential and existing investors.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, earnings releases, and investor presentations to ensure clear communication of the company’s financial status and strategic goals.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and inform communications with the investment community.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and corporate communication teams to align messaging and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Gather investor feedback and insights to improve investor relations strategies and address stakeholder concerns.
- Organize investor meetings, conference calls, and events to facilitate engagement with shareholders and the broader investment community.
- Stay updated on industry developments and trends that could impact the company’s investor relations efforts.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial information clearly.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to financial data and market trends.
- Experience in working with diverse stakeholders and building strong investor relationships.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in investor relations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects effectively.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
