Job Responsibilities
- Lead the overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations while promoting fair and equitable treatment of all employees.
- Partner with senior management to identify organizational needs and develop solutions to drive business performance.
- Manage succession planning initiatives to ensure talent pipelines and organizational resilience.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to inform strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate change management efforts and promote a positive work environment aligned with OCIM’s values and mission.
- Lead and mentor HR teams, fostering their professional growth and development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations, labor laws, and employment standards.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in HR metrics and data analysis.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
