We are looking for a Customer Care Agent that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers for various purposes, for sales and appointment scheduling.
- Manage customer escalations and ensure that these are answered, tracked, and escalated as required.
- Process customers’ application in a timely manner
- Meet daily or weekly call volume and targets set by the company.
- Record all call information.
- Provide proper advice to caller by explaining procedures & providing information as enquired by customers
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks
- Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Degree / Diploma / Cert / SPM holder with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and Tamil will be added advantage.
Previous experience in a customer support role Outbound
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
