Responsibility

To assist Customer Service / Procurement Executive

• to prepare Tenders and Quotations and follow up with customers and prospects.

• To prepare all Sales Orders, Delivery Orders and Invoices to customers.

• To handle the E-perolehan system (Government and PPUM)

• To prepare Packing Lists and arrange for the transporter to be assigned for the deliveries to customers.

• To follow up on deliveries and ensure customers are satisfied.

• To solve customers’ issues, enquiries and complaints to the best of ability and in a professional manner.

• To churn out Weekly Activity Reports to the Finance & Accounts Manager and MD.

• To prepare weekly reports to the MD on quotations sent out.

• To key-in armboard stock.

• To help with packing of armboards as and when the need arises for urgent delivery.

• Any other ad hoc assignments as and when arising.

Requirements

• Fresh school leavers with SPM / STPM are welcome to apply

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, pleasant personality and positive attitude

• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint.

• Knowledge to hand E-perolehan will be an added advantage

• To be a team player
