Job Brief:
Responsible for managing financial activities and providing administrative support to senior management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations for the EO team.
- Coordinate and manage personal financial transactions and accounts.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely recording of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports and budgets when necessary.
- Liaise with external financial advisors or institutions as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and discretion in handling personal financial information.
- Assist ad-hoc assignments when required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma, LCCI, Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent qualifications
- Relevant experience in finance or personal financial management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial management software.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel will be a plus.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
