Job Descriptions :
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyse business performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of business activities, client interactions, and business pipeline.
Requirements :
- At least 1-3 year experience in similar Capacity/ Logistics/ Shipping/ Forwarding.
- Can speak and write in Mandarin.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Customer service skills.
- Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point).
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Working Hours : Monday – Friday (9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.), Saturday (9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.)
