We are located at Lavile Kuala Lumpur, near Sunway Velocity and AEON Tmn Maluri, assessable by MRT.

We are currently looking for an Accounts Executive/Clerk cum Admin who will have the responsibilities to manage day to day finance operations as well as HR and admin related tasks.

This person will be responsible for monthly closing, keying daily transactions, filing and

documentation, liaise with customers and suppliers for collections and payments, provide support to HR and Admin related matters.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
  • Verify accuracy of billing data and correct any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and distribute invoices to clients.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely payments.

Data Entry and Record Keeping:

  • Enter financial transactions into accounting software accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports.

Reconciliation:

  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers to ensure accuracy.

General Ledger:

  • Assist with general ledger maintenance and journal entries.
  • Ensure all financial data is recorded correctly and matches supporting documentation.

Human Resource:

  • Assist with interview arrangements and related matters
  • Assist with employees monthly payroll task

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the finance/HR/admin team as needed.
  • Handle correspondence tasks relating to finance, human resource and admin.

Qualifications

Experience & Background:

  • Diploma or equivalent in accounting and/or finance
  • 1-2 years experience as an Accounts Executive/Clerk or similar role. (Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply)
  • Chinese female candidate is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., Autocount/ MYOB/UBS) is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
