Job responsibilities:
- Managing warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision/mission.
- Overseeing the receipt, storage and distribution of warehouse (internal & External) inventory & maintenance operations.
- Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
- Creating and implementing inventory management systems, processes and procedures.
- Monitoring and controlling inventory levels, stock accuracy and FEFO stocks.
- Handling ordering processing, delivery and coordinating with sales teams.
- Supervising employees and overseeing warehouse staffs.
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
- Prepare annual budget.
- Ensuring that the packaging of finished products is free from contamination, intact and only approved lots are being loaded into the containers.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any related field preferrable in Logistics Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry. Preferably specializing in Logistics/Warehouse/Shipping/Store.
