We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead for an S/4 HANA transformation project with following key responsibilities:
- OCM Strategy Implementation: Implement the global OCM strategy tailored for the S/4HANA project, aligned with client executives. Ensure OCM activities are aligned with deployment timeline and parallel projects.
- Change Management Plans: Plan and execute Change Management-, Training-, Communication-, and End User adoption activities.
- Change Impact Assessment: Address and manage changes in business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures.
- Stakeholder Management: Analyze and manage stakeholders according to their needs and project timeline.
- Guidance and Mentoring: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to global and local project members on change management principles and practices.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Establish frameworks for monitoring and reporting on Change Management activities, including readiness assessments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cluster team and affiliates to ensure that change management efforts are integrated into all aspects of the project.
- Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments related to change initiatives, identify potential obstacles and develop mitigation strategies.
