Job Scope
- Skilled sales professional, who leverages their persuasive abilities to engage potential customers and drive sales through phone interactions.
- Answers inquiries, provide detailed information about products and services, and effectively handle orders and transactions.
- Ability to handle customers through social media and effectively make appointment
- Ability to use persuasive skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell products or services online
- Enter customer information into company databases
- Maintain a list of potential leads and follow up with them
- Maintain knowledge of products and services sold and keep current on industry developments
Office Location : Sri Petaling, Setia Alam
Office Hour : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday) Off one day a week
