Key Responsibilities:
-Responsible for account payable and accounting data entry work.
-Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
-Assist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
-Maintaining accurate accounting books and records, ensuring meticulous organization of filing systems to facilitate easy retrieval of financial information.
-Coordinate, resolve and follow up with inter department and office matters.
-Handling admin matters including office purchases, upkeep and maintenance of office equipment and assets.
-Support on any other ad hoc duties assigned by Superior.
Job Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma in Finance or Accounting or LCCI graduate or similar.
-At least 2 years of related working experience
-Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
-Candidate must be committed, analytical, self-motivated and able to work independent.
-Knowledge in SQL accounting software an added advantage.
-Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.
-Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage as well.
