Position: Account Executive/Assistant
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive/Assistant to manage our accounts and support daily office activities. If you have a passion for numbers and enjoy collaborating with a team, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Accounts: Complete and close full sets of accounts in a timely manner.
2. Organize Records: Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and a secure filing system.
3. Inventory Support: Handle closing stock reports and assist with inventory management tasks.
4. Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
5. Additional Duties: Take on additional tasks as requested to support the team.
Requirements:
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
