Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QAQC plans and procedures to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Lead quality inspections, audits, and testing processes to verify that construction work meets project specifications and quality requirements.
- To verify the setup, formed, implementation and operation of the quality and control system by planning and conducting internal quality audits and inspection activities.
- Able to liaise with consultants, clients and related parties.
- To ensure implementation and continuous improvement in overall Quality Systems.
- Document non-conformance reports and collaborate with the project teams on corrective action.
- Provide training on quality standards and the best practices.
- To lead and manage all QAQC related matters.
- Recommend process enhancements for efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with knowledge of QAQC standard procedures.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
