1. Designation: Sales Executive
2. Report to: Sales & Marketing Manager
3. Responsibility & Authority:
• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry and research as well as analyse sales option
• Searching business opportunities from different areas
• Research and recommend new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvements
• Collect feedback from customers via Customer Satisfaction Survey
• Analyse the data and feedback received and report to Management
• Update the Customer Master List
• Other ad hoc tasks and duties as when required
• Ensures that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out
• Cover marketing prospect and duties
4. Competency Requirements:
• Minimum diploma in business management, business studies or marketing or equivalent
• At least 2 years in the sales function
• Mandarin language will be an added advantage
