SALARY RANGE : RM9,700 - RM12,000

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

  • To analyze data and internal operations flow to provide accurate commercial-related reports for internal and external use
  • Manage and ensure high quality of content / presentations / messaging issued to customers, including but not limited to SLA reports, Monthly Business Reviews, and others
  • To look at internal systems and processes for the development of automation to capture data for daily consumption and analysis, for eg. tracking and reporting for SLA, rejection records, re-planed MAWBs
  • Analyze load factor to increase utilization rate
  • Route planning for new sectors exporting from JHB and PEN and etc
  • Develop a dashboard for monitoring and optimization of performance, including but not limited to Rejection rate, Load factor, Parcel profile and others.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Ensure that project outcomes meet quality standards and align with business objectives
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role: (If any, otherwise you can skip)

  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Critical thinking to move with intent and urgency
  • Project management experience - preferable to have worked in an commercial 
  • Minimum 6+ years experience working in Commercial department
  • Ideally experience in SEA region 
  • Preferable to have worked in change management
  • Customer focused mindset
  • Excellent data analytics, excel expertise
