Digital Marketing Account Executive

What You’ll Do:
• Manage Campaigns: Plan and execute Google Ads and social media ad campaigns to drive results for clients.
• Client Point of Contact: Be the main contact for your clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Client Reviews: Lead bi-weekly or monthly check-ins with clients and collaborate closely with your team.
• Quality Control: Oversee campaign deliverables to meet quality standards, align with client expectations, and hit deadlines.
• Analyze & Share Insights: Interpret campaign data and recommend actionable steps to enhance digital marketing performance.
• Identify Upsell Opportunities: Spot new ways for clients to benefit from our services, working with your manager to increase engagement.
• Collaborate with the Team: Partner with our Creative and Development teams to deliver top-performing campaigns.
• Stay Informed: Keep up with company services and stay current on paid search and social media solutions to better serve clients.
• Focus on Client Retention: Build lasting relationships that ensure our clients stay with us for the long haul.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in digital advertising (Google Ads or Facebook Ads).
• Basic knowledge of paid media, full-funnel marketing, and the ability to collaborate across paid media disciplines and departments.
• Proven track record in managing paid media campaigns successfully.
• Experience in a client-facing, agency role.
• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong quality assurance abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and project management abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
