Job description

  • Assist customers by providing product information and answering questions.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Record all incoming cash and cheque, issue receipts, record all transactions for final reconciliation in the Accounts departments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
  • To perform any other job assignments/duties as may be required by management from time to time.
  • Support Operation Team and Admin staff with clerical tasks during their peak hours.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/ Diploma's in Business Administration, Account or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively assist customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Able to provide prompt delivery, meticulous and multi-tasking.
