  1. Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the strategic consultant and main point of contact for clients, ensuring that their business objectives align with SEO efforts.
    • Advise clients on SEO best practices and strategic opportunities, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
    • Lead strategic discussions and presentations, translating complex SEO insights into actionable recommendations that resonate with clients.
    • Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clients are consistently updated on performance and progress.
  2. SEO Strategy Development & Oversight:
    • Develop high-level SEO strategies tailored to each client’s business goals, focusing on growth, visibility, and long-term success.
    • Provide expert SEO consultancy, identifying key opportunities for optimization across on-page, off-page, and technical aspects of SEO.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including content, development, and outreach, ensuring seamless execution of strategies without needing hands-on involvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, offering proactive insights to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  3. Project Management & Coordination:
    • Oversee the implementation of SEO campaigns, guiding internal teams and ensuring that all efforts are aligned with the client’s strategic objectives.
    • Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of SEO strategies, from keyword planning to reporting, while maintaining a high level of quality.
    • Use project management tools to track progress, deadlines, and client deliverables, ensuring that projects run smoothly.
  4. Reporting & Insights:
    • Provide data-driven insights and high-level performance reports to clients, focusing on key SEO metrics such as visibility, traffic growth, and ROI.
    • Review and interpret SEO analytics and competitor analysis, presenting actionable recommendations and long-term strategies for improvement.
    • Lead monthly or quarterly strategic reviews with clients, ensuring they understand their SEO performance and upcoming plans.
  5. Consultancy and Innovation:
    • Position yourself as a trusted advisor, offering tailored SEO solutions to meet the unique challenges of each client’s market and audience.
    • Continuously seek innovative approaches and tools to improve client results, from content strategies to technical enhancements.
    • Collaborate with C-level executives or marketing heads on aligning SEO with overall business objectives, ensuring maximum impact on digital growth.
