JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Maintaining diaries and arrangement appointments
•Setup and organize event or meeting
•Arrange booking inclusive all personal matter and office matter
•Liaising with relevant organization or clients when needed
•Organize movement drivers and arrange schedule daily/monthly
•Assist on handling personal matter or office matter
•Assist on all administration work and assist others department
JOB REQUIREMENTS
•Good in communication skills
•Can work multitask and fast learner
•Can work under pressure and good in punctuality
•Willing to work overtime
JOB QUALIFICATION
•Minimum with Diploma in Corporate Admin, Office Management, Secretarial Admin or any equivalent
•Minimum with 2 years working experience as Personal Assistant
•Good knowledge in secretarial work and protocol rules
