- Handling tenants inquiries, coordinate repair & maintenance
- Collecting rental payment
- Ensure property is comply with all regulations.
- Handle financial task, budgeting, bookkeeping & manage expenses.
*Strong organisational, communication, problem-solving skill are essential.
- Managing tenancy agreement.
- Coordinate with contractor.
- Conduct property inspection.
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise.
