Account & Finance Assistant Manager

Job Description

  • Maintain full set of accounts.
  • Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations.
  • Prepare month-end closing schedules and reconciliations.
  • Oversee daily activities of accounting related issues.
  • Plan for project cash flows.
  • Provide accounting related analysis and management reports as and when required.
  • Conduct tax planning (including SST impact) for new development projects and maintain proper records.
  • Participate in preparation of Budgets and Cash Flow Planning.
  • Monitor SST submission, status of refund and payment.
  • Provide support for internal and external audit, tax reporting and submission of government returns.
  • Ensure all financial records are maintained properly.
  • Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior.

Requirement

  • Experience in the Project Accounting and Construction Industry is preferred.
  • Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with English & Mandarin counterpart).
  • Degree, Diploma in Accounting or partially qualified in ACCA.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant working experience. 
  • Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Accounting software.
  • Knowledge in handling SST submission.
  • Possess high level of integrity, meticulous and good analytical skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
