Job Requirement/Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- Diploma holder with 5 years of experience in quality assurance / quality control in production setting could be considered.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibility/Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the QA/QC team to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with regulations and product quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide guidance to the production team.
- Collaborate with production, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics, inspections, and audits.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including ISO, GMP, and other relevant guidelines.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping related to quality control activities.
