Job Responsibility/Job Description

  • Assist the sales team in daily sales tasks such as processing delivery orders and invoices.
  • Accurately enter sales and administrative data into the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Provide general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, filing documents.
  • Interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally and courteously, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide support to management and colleagues as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of day-to-day operations.

Job Requirement/Qualification

  • Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years experience in administrative roles or a similar field is preferred. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
