Job Responsibility/Job Description
- Assist the sales team in daily sales tasks such as processing delivery orders and invoices.
- Accurately enter sales and administrative data into the system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, filing documents.
- Interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally and courteously, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Provide support to management and colleagues as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of day-to-day operations.
Job Requirement/Qualification
- Diploma in Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years experience in administrative roles or a similar field is preferred. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
