Responsible to manage marketing communications and brand building initiatives to support the overall success in achieving company goals for both flour and poultry.

- To plan, to propose and to manage digital marketing strategies and platforms to support the overall sales of products to meet company targets.
- To build consistent brand message to distributors/wholesalers and consumers (customers engagement and intimacy).
- To activate and manage overall brand image and brand equity for flour and poultry businesses.
- To have firsthand primary data for us to study competitors’ analysis and come out with pro and re-active plans to be implemented with speed and sense of urgency.
- To ensure our production and supply chain teams to meet or exceed overall customers’ requirements through close intimacy and engagement.
- To come out with weekly/fortnightly and monthly newsletter to keep all our internal and external stakeholders abreast with MFM progress/NPDs and not in silo.
- To have the mindset of continuous improvement on effectiveness of marketing as a brain/bone/nerve to support sales team.
- To assist GM and liaise with sales/channel and distributors sales team on building sales funnel, by-pass to IKAM and LKAM accounts so that MFM hold and have engagement with the cream accounts.
- To perform any other task and assignments as directed by the Management from time to time.
