In this role you will:
- Secure functionality of the logistics automation systems on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance and troubleshooting of the automated equipment’s in the unit.
- Coordinate work of suppliers and supervise the assigned maintenance activities, repair, shut downs etc.
- Provides support during the introduction of new equipment and modifications of existing ones from the development of specifications, cooperations with suppliers and final installation.
- Acting as a key escalation point and being the focal point for automation related topics.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, planned repairs, reactive repairs, and recovery process of the automated equipment.
- Develop and ensure the local operations team is trained with user basic knowledge.
- Diagnose mechanical and/or electrical potential problems and propose corrective actions.
- Creates reports relevant to activity as agreed in the unit.
- Drive and lead improvement projects.
- Responsible for spare part management and stock.
- Contributes at projects and initiatives connected to improving the unit operational performance.
