Job Responsibilities:
- To assist in preparing full set of accounts, monthly financial and management reports;
- To handle data entry and day-to-day accounting functions in relation to accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- To assist in monthly cash flow forecast.
- To assist in the preparation of annual audits and company tax in compliance with the mandatory requirements.
- To perform other related job as assigned by Management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- At least LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or related qualification.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Able to handle full set accounts is an added advantage.
- PC literate and good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with all levels of people.
- Organized, meticulous and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
