Role Overview:
As the National Sales Manager, you will spearhead the sales efforts in Malaysia. Your mission is to drive business growth, manage key accounts, and together with the Customer Success Team to localize the SaaS-product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct business growth in the field of urban logistics.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their business objectives.
- Lead opportunities and perform product presentation and get assistance from team members for product or services demonstrations as needed.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Generate leads and prospects.
- Provide weekly sales updates.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in logistics; preferably in transportation business and CEP (Courier, Express & Parcel) sector
- Basic knowledge of the characteristics of SaaS-technology is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed in a start-up like environment.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Software (SaaS) with proven track records is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a Startup environment and culture.
- Matured, self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
- Be resourceful and have a good sense to identify new sales opportunities.
- Great interest and knowledge in the tech world.
- Team player and work well with colleagues and customers.
- Identify and acquire new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound channels including emails, networking and cold outreach.
