- Responsible for handling the Heart2Heart feedback system and reporting.
- Responsible to handle feedback and ensure to respond within stipulated time.
- Answering incoming general and medical inquiries via phone or email.
- Review clinical information, analyze CED statistics, and initiate improvement.
- To work with other departments across the organization to generate innovative ideas and solutions to improve the customer experience and clinical-related services.
Able to support nursing tasks as and when required.
