- Responsible for delivery of patient care management and treatment of patient under her care.
- Supervise the Junior Staff Nurse / Hospital Aide / Attendant and other Clinic staff.
- Assist to provide guidance and teaching of new staff on the outpatient care.
- To provide quality and safe patient care according to International Patient Safety Goals and IJN Quality Improvement and patient safety plan.
- Develop and manage care plan for patients and assign duties to other team members.
- Provide assistant to Doctors and other healthcare providers during medical examination and treatment.
- Give reassurance and psychological support to patients whenever necessary.
- Assist to perform screening for all outpatients before Doctor’s consultation, which include visual screening for high risk of fall, physiologic parameters and pain screening.
- Ensure all relevant records and charts are kept in order, in a safe place and not accessible to unauthorized person.
- Escalate any issues pertaining to patient complaint, safety or dissatisfaction whenever necessary to Manager or Person in charge.
