Job Description (Including specific duties and tasks)
- Administer and maintain a Full Set of Accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
- Establish, maintain and reconcile General Ledger, Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of monthly management report and quarterly board report (including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow)
- Responsible for audit, tax and financing matters. Liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers and maintain Development & Construction accounts.
- Assist in company financing.
- Review subsidiaries accounts and conduct consolidation for the company
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management from time to time
Essential Qualification And Experience
- Candidate with Degree in Accounting and a member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants (MIA)
- Knowledge in accounting principles, statutory laws and regulations
- Minimum 5 years working experience in audit, tax or finance, handling closing of account and reporting
- Minimum 3 years of supervising subordinates
- IT literate and able to use MS Office application proficiently
- Knowledge in ERP system will be added advantage (MYOB, AutoCount, Ostendo)
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility in dealing with multi functional tasks
- Attention to details and able to work independently
- Good team player with a good attitude

- Willingness to travel as and when needed
