Responsibilities:
- To assist sales person on all the customers’ related inquiries.
~ Quotation
~ Update on Delivery Date
~ Feedback on customers’ inquiries
~ Artwork
~ Receive and review customers’ PO’s and maintain daily PO receiving list.
- To work with planner as to update customers’ inquiry on delivery related matters.
~ Updating customers’ request on postpone or bring forward the delivery date to Planner.
~ Updating foreseen or unforeseen delaying in deliveries to all customers.
- To update all customers’ feedback to sales person.
~ Update to sales person on customers’ special request.
~ Update to sales person on customers’ rejection and complaints.
- To work with internal and outsource artist
~ Ensuring that artist able to finish particular artwork within the lead time provided.
~ Updating artist when customers requested to do amendment on artwork via email.
~ Double check the artwork revert by artist before sending it to customers.
~ Review and finalise the final artwork done by artist before send it out to suppliers.
- To work with suppliers on all the production related matters.
~ Following up delivery date for those process that needed to be outsource.
~ Following up with suppliers on the delivery date of raw materials when applicable.
- Simple filing and invoicing.
Requirements:
- Possess at least SPM.
- Welcome fresh graduates.
- No experience in related field is needed and training will be provided.
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
- Able to work with at least Microsoft Office (Word / Excel).
- Able to work under stress and customers’ bad temper.
- Able to work in team.
- High level of dedication proven is an added advantage.
- Related working experience in same field is an added advantage.
- Able to work with Adobe software (AI / PS) will be an added advantage.
- Able to communication in Mandarin (verbal and written) is an added advantage.
