Investment Personal Assistant
Job boundary
Administration:
- General adm works at office
- Prepare and fill up forms ie copy name or prepare blank form and arrange post
- Print out transaction log
- Assist register course for agents
- Attend e learning and post the answers in the Chat Group
- Handle general Agency matters and contact clients
- Compile expenses bills
Postage:
- Assist to manage courier service
- Monitor the pick up and arrival of parcels
- Prepare postage ie Purchase stamp, pack the year end premium item for courier
Invesment task:
- Update NAV prices
- Prepare performance chart at add hoc basis
Knowledge and Skill:
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft office eg Excel, Words and Powerpoint
- Able to communicate well with agents or customers
Language:
- Possess ability to communicate in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- English, Mandarin literate
Requirement:
- Possess ability to work independently and honestly
- Possess transport and computer
- Student or retiree with Min SPM/Degree
- Homeworking and come to office once in a week
- Interest in Investment and figure oriented
- Possess problem solving ability
