Regional Sales Excellence Manager

Reporting to the Head of Business Planning and Operational Excellence, JobStreet Express, this regional role will be responsible to lead sales excellence initiatives to drive sales of JobStreet Express products. This role focusses on ensuring the best sales practices for sales teams as new products taken to market. Collaborating with other departments, the team will develop and improve standard methodologies for sales strategies and processes to achieve commercial success.This is a cross-functional opportunity to apply broad management skills in clearly developing and delivering value for internal and external customer groups.

Key Responsibilities

SALES EXCELLENCE

  •  Performance monitoring and analysis:
  •  Monitor sales performance and target against targets across countries and sales teams
  •  Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk
  •  Sales process and tool embedment:
  •  Collaborate with sales teams to develop and provide them with the tools and resources necessary to effectively sell products or services (e.g. spiel, product positioning, OTE)
  •  Establish and integrate processes and tools to improve sales efficiency across countries and sales teams.
  •  Process improvements:
  •  Identify inefficiencies in current sales processes for all sales teams including Key Accounts and Telesales teams; thereafter lead initiatives to streamline operations, improve customer engagement, and drive sales outcomes
  •  Collaborate with countries to implement standard processes and continuous improvement methodologies to drive sales excellence across the organisation
  •  Training and development:
  •  Create and implement training programs focused on best practices, product knowledge, and sales techniques to empower the sales team and improve overall performance

LEADERSHIP AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  •  Ownership and drive - delivering outcomes with and through cross functional, cross market teams
  •  Build strong relationships with key customers across the business to ensure collaboration and clear alignment of our sales approach, achievements, risks and blockers
  •  Assist in ensuring governance is clear and transparent across our sales and operations teams
  •  Facilitate appropriate forums with key customers to maintain visibility of progress and help resolve issues where required
  •  Drive innovation and continuous improvement practices across sales functions to uplift performance
