JUNIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - SHIPPING & LOGISTICS

Job descriptions 

• Process booking from shippers / agents. 
• Maintain booking records in system and liner's system. 
• Liaise with local shippers, oversea customers & agents on rate enquiry, booking process and documentation supports.
• Liaise with other departments to complete the shipment jobs within stipulated times. 

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/ Logistic/Transportation, Others or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
• No work experience required. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. 
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Employment Type : Permanent
