Project Manager

Job  Responsibilities:

• Plan, strategize & execute project's KPI & KFA
• Proposal preparation Job pitching Ideation and concept proposal Involve in major brainstorming
• Monitor project's outcome and problem solving
• Come out with out of the box idea to improve ways of execution & ways of working
• Way forward initiatives to build solid relationship with internal & external parties
• Marginal thinking & initiatives to improve co's profit & turnover Drive to grow & plant business prospects
• Be the bridge to connect with all internal depts
• Provide clear and define directive & coaching to PC
• Come up with conducive & effective training solutions and deck
• Conduct product training
• Conduct audit check & conducive findings & solutions to improve outcome & performance
• Provide logistics arrangement, planning, requisition & SMART measures o
• Conduct regular WIP with internal & external liaison
• Sourcing & purchasing management Liaison with suppliers on pricing, costing, requirement & timeline
• Manage costing & quotations Understand client's payment process & follow up on payment terms
• Maintain master quotation and follow up on ageing of payment Be a solid team player to contribute ideas and meeting timeline

Job Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1 years working experience in any field related to sales/ marketing/ customer service/ net Microsoft proficient
• Result oriented Pleasant in personality
• Has good time management
• Do not mind working on weekends
• Team player
