Requirements

Responsibility
• To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer message inquiries.
• To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
• Ability to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Effectively manage large numbers of message
• Accurate data entry skills for maintaining records and tracking shipments.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
