Roles & Responsibilities
- To assist for all aspects of contract administration
- To assist in preparation of tender costing and tender documents
- To assist in request quotation from suppliers/ sub-con
- To assist in preparation of costing for tender
- To issue purchase order, delivery order and invoicing
- To issue customer quotation, work order, worker list and work permit application etc
- To maintain general clerical duties such as organize necessary documentation, files and records
- To perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the company.
- To prepare petty cash claim and handle hardware purchases
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any fields
- Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point
- Preferable female candidates
- Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
- Clear communication in English both verbally and written
- At least 1 year(s) relevant working experience
- Good attitude, responsible, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work well independently
