Roles & Responsibilities

  • To assist for all aspects of contract administration
  • To assist in preparation of tender costing and tender documents
  • To assist in request quotation from suppliers/ sub-con
  • To assist in preparation of costing for tender
  • To issue purchase order, delivery order and invoicing
  • To issue customer quotation, work order, worker list and work permit application etc
  • To maintain general clerical duties such as organize necessary documentation, files and records
  • To perform other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall operations of the company.
  • To prepare petty cash claim and handle hardware purchases

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM / Diploma in any fields
  • Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power point
  • Preferable female candidates
  • Able to converse in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Clear communication in English both verbally and written
  • At least 1 year(s) relevant working experience
  • Good attitude, responsible, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, willing to learn and able to work well independently
