HR Executive (Melaka)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team at MERISON (M) SDN BHD. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources function within our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Melaka, Melaka.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
• Administering employee benefits, compensation and payroll processing
• Providing HR-related support and guidance to managers and employees
• Collaborating with the HR team to enhance the overall employee experience

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar HR generalist role
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient in HR software including Timespay & Times solution
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
