Job Requirement


  • Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Primary / Secondary School or equivalent / in Business Studies / Administration / Management or other related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written
  • Ms Office proficiency
  • 1 Full-time/Permanent positions available


Job Scope


  • Manage partners agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
  • Manage partners monthly claims, time sheet, travelling log and etc.
  • Manage meetings, lunch arrangements, minutes preparation and etc.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Create and update records and databases (i.e. archiving and lockdown dates for the group)
  • Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Assist on other ad hoc matters when necessary
