Job Requirement
- Candidate should possess a Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Primary / Secondary School or equivalent / in Business Studies / Administration / Management or other related fields.

Job Scope
- Manage partners agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc.
- Manage partners monthly claims, time sheet, travelling log and etc.
- Manage meetings, lunch arrangements, minutes preparation and etc.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases (i.e. archiving and lockdown dates for the group)
- Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist on other ad hoc matters when necessary
