Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare special meals or substitute items as needed.
• Control oven, grill, and roaster temperatures.
• Thaw food from freezer storage in the refrigerator.
• Ensure proper portion sizes, food arrangement, and garnishing.
• Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared.
• Communicate assistance needs during busy periods and inform the Chef about excess
food for daily specials.
• Inform Food & Beverage staff of menu specials and out-of-stock items.
• Ensure food quality by following recipes, presentation standards, and preparation
checklists.
• Prepare and cook food, including cold items, according to company standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: SPM
• Experience: At least 1 years of related work experience in food preparation.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required
