Job description:
1. Tender
- Preparation of Tender Documents: Assist in the preparation and compilation of documents required for the tender.
- Tender Research: Researching new tender opportunities, understanding the conditions and evaluation criteria.
- Time Management: Ensure all tender documents and preparations are completed and submitted before the deadline.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information and documents.
2. Admin
- Schedule Management: Helps organize meeting schedules and appointments, ensuring there are no overlaps.
- Document Handling: Manages the organization, storage, and distribution of important documents.
- Customer Service: Greets and directs visitors, answers phone calls, and handles email inquiries.
- Equipment Management: Maintain and ensure all office equipment such as computers, printers, and copiers are working properly.
- Inventory Monitoring: Manage office inventory and ensure adequate supplies.
3. Office Operations
- Coordination of Daily Tasks: Assist in the coordination of daily tasks in the office to ensure smooth operations.
- Office Maintenance: Managing the maintenance and cleanliness of the office.
- Meeting Room Preparation and Arrangement: Prepare the meeting room including equipment and other needs before the meeting.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring and preparing periodic reports on office operations.
