- Dealing with tenants and landlords.
- Find new potential tenants.
- Paying and Receiving payments (Includes Rental and Bills).
- Preparing, acquiring, and processing invoices.
- Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
- Assisting Reconciliation Accounts.
- Manage records of all income and expenses related to properties.
- Able to speak, write & listen: Mandarin/Cantonese, Malay, English
