SUMMARY
Assist superior in executing all sales, marketing, and promotional activities to achieve sales and profitability of the department. Duties and responsibilities include welcoming customers into the store and working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. Up keeping store condition with fully stocked and visual merchandising standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Provide first-class and personalized customer service, from store entry to after-sales service.
- Maintain and operate wine sampling & tasting during special in-store events.
- Use different sales approaches and initiatives to optimize the sale of products and seize each business opportunity, while aiming to reach and exceed your objectives.
- Effectively display products in a presentable, clean, and professional way through in-store displays, signage, shelf tags, and POS materials (if applicable).
- Stay informed about industry trends and offer guidance & updated information to the teammates.
- Staying knowledgeable in wine & spirit knowledge, sales, and merchandising to ensure smooth operation in maximizing sales and profit of the department.
- Product management includes managing inventory and storage, receiving, and handling damaged products and returns.
- Assisting in all store stock counts planned by the management.
- Set up New stores/ Items and execute promotion plan appointed by a superior.
- Assist superior in general operational functions and ad-hoc assignments.

Spoken Language: Malay, English (Mandarin or other dialects speaking will be an advantage)
Written Language: Malay, English (Mandarin read and written will be an advantage)
