Job Descriptions:
• Handling full set of accounts for various client e.g. Japanese SME retailing shop, restaurants, property investment, IT and etc.
• Perform accounting entry into UBS Accounting Software or other accounting software that requested by clients in timely manner.
• Organizing, filing and preparing related accounting document such as invoices, bank reconciliation, fixed asset listing and etc.
• Clarifying accounting documents with superiors and liaise with clients if required.
• Liaise with company secretary, tax agents and auditors.
• Perform SST report and submit to Custom.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent or with full/partial professional qualification i.e. ACCA, CPA or ACA;
• Fresh graduate with internship in accounting field experiences and familiar with basic accounting principles;
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills;
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code, able to maintain confidentiality with high integrity;
• Able to multi-tasking and remain motivated and positive;
• Commitment to work efficiently and accurately;
• Able to work under pressure and able to finish the work assigned within the timeline.
• Detail oriented.
Working days: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Probation period: 3 months
Working Arrangement (eligible after probation): Hybrid work, you may work 2 days at home per week.
During probation period, you are requiring to work full time in the office.

Commuting allowance: RM0.30 X 2 ways X distance from your home to office X actual days working at office in a month.
