Responsibilities:
- Managing Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio.
- Assist in preparing documents relating to Intellectual Property matters and handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Attending to client’s enquiries.
- Conduct legal research and responding to office actions.
- Liasing with MyIPO and foreign IP associates.
- Track and report IP maintenance, renewal, and filling requirement.
- Files and documents management.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Operative and Administrative tasks.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field. Bachelor's in Science and Business are welcomed.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English (written and spoken)
- Fresh graduates are welcomed, guidance will be provided.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel and Canvas
- Strong time management, detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and collaboratively.
- Candidate must be passionate in self-growth and is willing to learn.
