Personal Assistant (Mandarin Speaking)

We are looking for Fresh Graduates to join our firm and to engage in our varied portfolio of interesting and challenging lawyers assistant/ Personal Commercial and Corporate Banking Departments. - Be well-organized, responsible and able to multitask.

- Must possess good written & verbal communication skills in both English &

Bahasa Malaysi & Mandarin.

- Good work discipline;

- Training will be provided for those without experience.

- Those with experience are welcome to apply, and must be able to work independently and diligently,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients (especially China/Hong Kong counterparts and bankers).
  • Screen, collate, and distribute legal documents.
  • Handle requests and queries.
  • Manage the MD’s diary, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Arrange travel plans.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.

Requirements:

  • No experience needed (training provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Mandarin is required.
  • Must be able to speak English and Chinese
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Mandarin speaking
