We are a medium-sized firm, seeking five (5) Executive Personal Assistants to provide managerial and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD). This role involves handling the MD’s schedule, coordinating with internal/external clients, and managing communication, particularly with our China and Hong Kong counterparts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact between the MD and internal/external clients (especially China/Hong Kong counterparts and bankers).
- Screen, collate, and distribute legal documents.
- Handle requests and queries.
- Manage the MD’s diary, schedule meetings, and appointments.
- Arrange travel plans.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
Requirements:
- No experience needed (training provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office and Mandarin is required.
- Must be able to speak English and Chinese
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Mandarin speaking
