RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
a) Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team.
b) Review of budgets, forecasts, and cash flows.
c) Analysing variances and exploring potential problems with line mangers.
d) Making appropriate recommendations and advising of the impact on the business.
e) Review of the monthly consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
f) Ensure timely completion of statutory and internal financial reports.
g) Preparation of financial modelling and analysis for investment decisions.
h) Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
i) Oversee all taxation and regulatory compliance issues.
j) Oversee the company’s risk management policies, including insurances and financial risk management.
