Job description:
Summary / Overall: Driving sales, managing client relationships, staying informed about market trends, and ensuring compliance while contributing to the overall growth and success of the company
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. This involves identifying potential clients, pitching financial products or services, and closing deals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs, providing guidance on suitable financial products or services, and offering ongoing support.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, preparing sales reports, and providing sales forecasts to management. Analyzing data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Leading the negotiation process and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Working to retain existing clients and fostering long-term relationships.
Job Requirement:
- At least Diploma or higher (Finance, marketing background would be preferable)
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience (Finance industry would be preferable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; energetic and youthful.
- Independent and proactive in seeking external resources.
- Possess teamwork skills.
Preferences:
- Strong communication and writing skills in Mandarin is a must.
- Sales experience in the financial products or investment field.
- Available for immediate employment or a short notice period.
- Multilingual candidates will have a preference (e.g., Korea, Thai, Filipino).
