Job Description:
- Prepare Site Daily Reports.
- Liaise with R.E./C.O.W. on technical matters.
- Check drawings discrepancies between architecture and structure and issuance of RFIs.
- Counter-check alignments/levels by surveyor.
- Monitor work progress and quality control.
- Plan ahead on construction materials ordering, receiving of materials, hiring/buying of machineries/equipment and tools for site use.
- Record dayworks (including sub-contractors' dayworks).
- Plan ahead and inform R.E of the commencement of dayworks.
- Record dayworks and submit to R.E for certification at the end of the day.
- Site Safety Committee member/supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Certificate/Diploma in related fields.
- Preferable 2-5 years working experience in a related field, preferably in the building industry.
