We are an established listed company involved in property development and construction activities with offices in Kluang, Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Kota Kemuning and Kuala Lumpur.
We are seeking for qualified candidates to fill in the following positions:-
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Oversee the day to day operations of the project.
- Organise, implement and monitor the work schedules according to the proposed work programme chart and detailed master work programmes.
- To attend site meeting with all sub-contractors in relation to the progress and quality of works.
- Assist in the organising and sequencing of the construction operations according to the plan.
- Conduct inspections and check on works performed by the subcontractors.
- Liaison with customer's representatives for the joint inspections.
- Assist in the evaluation and resolution of any discrepancies and problem arising during construction, which will have an effect on quality of the works.
- Monitor quality of the Works and Material Delivery.
- Diploma / Degree In Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 15years working experience in related field.
